1. Custom Stitching Services

Our custom stitching service requires fabric and measurements provided by the client:

• Doorstep Pickup: Clients are responsible for ensuring that fabrics are ready and available for pickup at the scheduled time. Fabrics must be clean and free of damage.
• Design Instructions: Once design choices and dimensions are finalized and submitted, changes cannot be made as cutting begins immediately to meet our Fast Stitching and Delivery promise.
• Perfect Fit Guarantee: Serene Couture offers free alterations if the finished garment does not match the measurements submitted during the ordering process.

2. Shop Products – No Returns Policy

Our e-commerce shopping experience is governed by the following parameters:

• All items listed are subject to fabric availability. We make every effort to display fabric textures and colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
• Orders are packaged and dispatched immediately to meet our Fast Stitching and Delivery schedule. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.
• No Returns or Exchanges: All shop product purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased from the Serene Couture Shop. In case of a damaged or defective item received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Order Placement & Partner Program Rules

• Orders: Placing an order schedules fabric collection and express custom tailoring. Orders are subject to tailor availability and fabric collection schedules.
• Tailor Partners: Tailor applications are subject to evaluation and verification of experience. Tailors must adhere to our premium craftsmanship standards and Fast Stitching and Delivery dispatch rules to remain active partners.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding elements, designs, text, catalog layouts, and imagery displayed on this platform are the intellectual property of Serene Couture and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our explicit consent.
